PANEL
FILTERS are inexpensive, disposable prefilters and/or secondary
filters. 35%-45% ASHRAE efficiency removes larger particles from
the airstream. Prefilter measures 24"x 24"x 2";
secondary filter measures 24" x 24" x 1".

CUBE
FILTERS feature 2-ply polyester media with tackifier affixed to a wire
support frame. Can be used as a prefilter or secondary filter,
45%-50% ASHRAE efficiency. Disposable, but can be vacuumed to
extend filter life. 24" x 24" x 10" or 24" x
24" x 12".

CELL
FILTERS are final filters for dust and fume collection systems;
65%-95% ASHRAE efficiencies available. HEPA cells are 99.97% at
.03 microns. Upstream flange prevents bypass. Filters
measure 24" x 24" x 12".

CARTRIDGE
FILTERS are cylindrical filters with pleated media held in place with
retaining cage. Open design allows better cleaning during purge
cycle. neoprene gasket ensures positive seal. 12.75"
diameter filters in three stock lengths with up to 270 sq. ft. of
media per filter. 99.9% efficient at 1 micron. Used in the
5000 series dust collectors.

VEE-BAGS
are pocket filters with a metal support frame on one end.
Pockets of media provide more surface area for collection of fine
particulate or smoke in certain applications. 40-95%
efficiencies. 24" x 24" in lengths up to 36".

MIST
FILTERS eliminate direct passage of moisture and mist before it
saturates filters in otherwise dry collectors. Galvanized metal
filter has baffles which trap moisture and allow it to condense and
drain off through drain holes in the filter. Same type also used
in the KEI 4000 series water collectors.

CARBON
FILTERS effectively remove odors from the air with coconut-shell
based carbon. Activated carbon particles encased in a honeycomb
frame means low pressure drop. 24" x 24" available in
2", 6" or 12" thicknesses. Disposable and
non-rechargeable. |
