Filtered Air Cleaners and Fume

MAGNETS - KEI offers
magnets in 3 sizes and 2 shapes for exact positioning of nozzles on
machines in operation. The bar magnets have holes on both ends for
fastening, and the round magnet has a hole in the center.

Y-CONNECTORS attach
directly to equipment or the hose to provide source pick-up from 2
machines. Select the model with an inlet corresponding to the hose
or machine size, and outlets in the desired pick-up size. KEI offers
those sizes which provide the most efficient airflow.

|
REDUCERS attach directly
to equipment to reduce or increase the opening size to the required hose
or sheet metal dimension.
|
|
HOSE
CLAMPS are used to secure the hose or dust bags so they will not
become loose under pressure. KEI clamps are made of stainless steel
and have a quick-release closure. All sizes in stock,
2"-14" diameter.

GATES are used in-line to
allow adjustment and control of airflow. They are manufactured of
heavy cast aluminum and have full metal slides.

|
ADJUSTABLE ELBOWS are used
in duct systems to turn corners and change directions. KEI elbows
bend 45-90 degrees.

|
HOSE
CONNECTORS are used to connect smaller sections of flex
hose to obtain a desired length. Each connector includes
1 sleeve and 2 hose clamps. Additional clamps may be
ordered.

|
STRAIGHT
METAL DUCT is available in diameters from 3" to 24" for
ducted systems. The duct is fabricated from galvanized sheet metal,
26 gauge for small sizes; 24 gauge for 6" or larger. 2'
sections standard; optional 5' sections available.

SMOOTH FLOW T-Connectors
are used in ducted systems to change the duct diameter at a drop with the
least resistance. The main line decreases in size while a branch
comes out at a 45 degree angle to drop to a pick-up station.

|
KEI Fume Exhaust units are made
completely portable with the 24" x 24" KEI Dolly. The dolly is
furnished with 3" industrial wheels and a 1" square tubing, easy
grip handle.

|
SPARK TRAPS (both the
in-line and built-in) reduce the possibility of fire by knocking down
sparks from the airstream before they can enter the units.

|
SOUND DIFFUSERS help
control the noise problem often associated with air pollution control
equipment. The Sound Diffuser reduces the noise of collection units
by up to 10 DBA at 5' on most units. KEI Sound Diffusers are
designed for maximum noise reduction with minimal effect on CFM and unit
performance. The exhaust air from the blower is dispersed at reduced
velocity through a perforated cylinder wall inside the Diffuser. The
sound waves collide in the main chamber and exit the diffuser at a reduced
noise level. Sound Diffusers can be fitted on exhaust of drum top
and cabinet Dust
Collectors and intake or exhaust of Fume
Exhauster.
